Kanbawzathadi Palace

Kanbawzathadi Palace is a palace in Bago, Burma.

It was built by king Bayinnaung (Sinphyumyarshin), the founder of the second Myanmar Empire.

The king built the palace in A.D 1556 originally with 76 apartments and halls. It was reconstructed in 1990 and finished in 1992. [ [http://www.myanmar.com/Ministry/culture/text/AG006.htm Myanmar.com] ]
