Rebecca Brown (TV character)

Able Seaman Rebecca Brown is a fictional TV character on the show "Sea Patrol". She is portrayed by Kirsty Lee Allan.

History

Rebecca is a young Navy sailor who became the new chef of the new Armidale-class HMAS Hammersley when the previous chef, Toby Jones left after the decommissioning of the Fremantle-class Hammersley.

Personal life

When Bomber started out on the ship, she realised that she had made good friends in RO and Spider. But Spider, who secretly likes her kept on annoying her and soon she got very angry. When the ship was doing a training skill organised by Buffer, Spider pushed her too far, over a little incident about chips, and she nearly pushed him off the boat. But he was saved by Buffer and Swain. Buffer then calmed her down and she apoligized to Spider, but he did not accept. When Buffer, Bomber and Spider were on another boat looking after a dead body, they didn't know that the ship's deadly secret. The owners of the boat were smuggling Eastern Brown snakes. Bomber managed to get herself and Spider out with no injuries and Spider then accepted her apology.

Later, Bomber (who has turned 21) and Spider fall overboard and Bomber takes charge. They are rescued by a boat housing a recently escaped criminal, Liam McClean. Bomberis captured when Liam recognises the food as the Navy. Bomber, along with Spider is held hostage and it's her bracelet, which causes her teammates to come to their rescue. Spider defends Bomber when they try to make of with the dinghy, but LIam takes her hostage again. The timely arrival of the ship prevents Liam's getaway plane from landing. Liam is placed under arrest and Bomber talks with Buffer about their mothers, as it was her mother who gave Bomber the bracelet.

Later in the series, her and RO's connection grows.
