Emmanuel Onunwor

Emmanuel Onunwor (Born Emmanuel Onunwa, May 24 1952) is a Nigerian American citizen who lived in Ohio. He was elected Mayor of East Cleveland, Ohio.

In 2005 he was sentenced to 9 years in prison for public corruption and tax evasion.
