Baron Jacob Derk Carel van Heeckeren van Kell (October 31, 1730 – July 11, 1795) was a member of the Dutch noble family van Heeckeren. Van Heeckeren studied law at

Maastricht andOvermaas , he also wasschout ofHeerlen .
