NC4 is an El Segundo, California-based intelligence analysis and technology company which provides Situational Readiness solutions to both public and private sector organizations. NC4's technologies help organizations to collect, manage, share and disseminate information to mitigate risks, manage incidents, and securely communicate and collaborate with one another. NC4 focuses on the three main components of Situational Readiness:

History

NC4 was founded in 2001 as a unit of Candle Corporation, a privately held global technology company. When Candle was successfully sold to IBM in 2004, NC4 was spun off as an independent corporation under the same ownership as the previous Candle Corporation.
