- Schroeder YMCA Swim Team
The Schroeder YMCA Swim Team is a high-level, competitive swim team based in

The team practices in what is now the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center, along with the Schroeder YMCA Dive Team. Schroeder, as it is more commonly referred to, has had numerous national level swimmers and has won many Wisconsin state swimming championships. Currently, over 44 Wisconsin state swimming records are held by Schroeder relays or individual team members. The team's success, as they are a USA Swimming Silver Medal Club, is due largely to the coaching staff, which includes co-head coaches Dave Anderson and Matt Miller, as well as assistant coach Adam Mania and many others.
