Sushant School of Art and Architecture was established in September 1989 by Chiranjiv Charitable Trust, a premier voluntary organization devoted to the cause of Education. Located in a sprawling new campus spread over 14 acres of land with scenic Aravali hills as the backdrop, the School offers state of Art infrastructure with modern facilities. The school is recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Council of Architecture. In this school, Architectural education encompasses various fields from training in specific skills to exposure to a broad range of issues in a cyclic manner. As of 2007, the school offers a 5 year undergraduate degree programme in Architecture from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Sushant School is also an affiliate member of the Association of the Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA), U.S.A.

Earlier this year School recorded phenomenal success with graduate admissions in top grade institution outside India, the number of admissions perhaps exceeding those of any other school in India. The School has developed over a period of years and is in the forefront of Design and Human Settlements and has been focusing attention on emerging issues of local, regional and national importance.The School also organizes workshops and lectures by visiting professionals from India and abroad. As a result, the students and the faculty get to share their views with prominent personalities from all walks of life. A diverse programme of critical studies and practical skills, access to the Information Highway, intellectuals, artists, scientists and other professionals help students to form their views. Development of individual imagination of students and upliftment of their competence in architecture, therefore, shape the basic intention of Sushant School of Art and Architecture. Quality Improvement Program offered by SSAA : The program encompasses Teaching of History in Architecture and is recognized by AICTE.
