"I Keep Looking" was the fourth single from country singer Sara Evans' CD Born to Fly. This would be the last single from Born to Fly. The song peaked at #5 on the US Country Singles charts and #35 on the US Hot 100 charts. No music video of the song was released, but it was still more popular than her previous single, Saints & Angels, which only reached #16 on the US Country Singles charts.
