Dr. Maria Black arrives at Rousenhausen Concentration camp, as an inmate, however when it is learned that she is a Doctor, she is forced to work in the camp hospital where cruel and unethical experiments are being conducted by the evil Dr Weiker. She soon learns that life in the camp is hell on earth; he only friend is a fellow Doctor called Meisel. After a series of ghastly experiments and tortures Maria decides to escape, she Meisel and another inmate escape into the nearby forest, but are soon re caught. In the films downbeat ending the Doctor and Meisel are hung, as the inmates sing Israel, much to the dismay of Dr Weiker, the Commandant, he then shoots them all down like dogs.
