Henderson is often compared to Fremantle Dockers centre half forward Matthew Pavlich and Brisbane Lions forward Jonathan Brown.Henderson scored his first behind in round 2 against Collingwood, but his first and second career goal was against Sydney Swans in Round 3 (April 5th, 2008).
Positions
Henderson's preferred or usual position is centre half forward, but has the ability, due to a strong leap and mark, to play as Full Forward and also as an offensive-style centre half back or as a half back flank.
