Bielawa Górna ( _de. Ober Bielau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pieńsk, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the German border. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|12|km|mi|0 south-east of Pieńsk, convert|15|km|mi|0 east of Zgorzelec, and convert|129|km|mi|0 west of the regional capital Wrocław.
