Porajów (German: "Großporitsch") is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bogatynia, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech and German borders. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|11|km|mi|0 west of Bogatynia, convert|32|km|mi|0 south-west of Zgorzelec, and convert|157|km|mi|0 west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 2,500. It lies on a railway line running from Zittau in Germany to Liberec in the Czech Republic; however the trains do not stop on Polish territory.
