Roel Sterckx (胡司德), born
1969 , is aFlemish /Britishsinologist and Professor of Chinese in theUniversity of Cambridge where he is also a Fellow ofClare College . He was educated at theKatholieke Universiteit Leuven ,National Taiwan University , University of Cambridge andUniversity of Oxford , and, since 2006, serves as Secretary-General of theEuropean Association of Chinese Studies (歐洲漢學學會).Publications
