(1995)"1985" is the fourth studio album by
Enuff Z'nuff , featuring material recorded in the band's earliest days for their demo "Hollywood Squares".Although nearly all original material, the opening track is a cover of
Smokey Robinson 's "Tears Of A Clown". The only new recording at the time of release was the bonus track "You've Got A Hold Of Me" (sometimes known as "Valentine's Day" due to its opening lyric) which is remarkable for the fact that it was used as the album's lead promotional song despite being an 'extra' on the record as it were. The liner notes come courtesy of popular American shock-jock and long time fan
Howard Stern , and this tribute to the band was later reprinted within the band's Greatest Hits.Track listing
