Golis Telecom Somalia (Somali Language: Shirkadda Isgaadhsiinta ee Golis Soomaaliya). Golis Telecom Somalia is the largest telecom operator in North East Somalia, it has an extensive network that covers all the major cities and more than 40 districts in both Puntland and Somaliland. Flashback service is the practice of calling another mobile user, but disconnecting before the connected call is answered.
