Luke Casey-Leigh (born 9 March 1989) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Collingwood Football Club in the AFL.

Drafted with the 13th selection at the 2007 AFL Rookie Draft, he was Collingwood's first and only ‘live’ selection at the draft.
