"Little Altar Boy" is a song by the popular group The Carpenters.It was popularized by the Carpenters in 1983. Its B-side was "Do You Hear What I Hear", a song released on the "An Old-Fashioned Christmas" album in 1984. This single was more of a promotional single for the album and did not receive any chart status. There was no music video shot for this song.

"Little Altar Boy" was written not later than 1961, first a hit by adult-contemporary performer Vic Dana. Andy Williams and Glen Campbell recorded the song in 1960s Christmas albums.
