YTL Corporation Berhad (myx|4677, tyo|1773) is one of Malaysia's largest conglomerates, and is headed by Tan Sri Dato' Seri (Dr) Francis Yeoh Sock Ping. The group was founded by Francis Yeoh's father, Tan Sri Dato' Seri (Dr.) Yeoh Tiong Lay, hence the group's name came about. Today, YTL Corp is one of Bursa Malaysia's largest companies. The company has also been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange since 1996, the first Asian non-Japanese company to be listed there.

Some of the group's key businesses are utilities, high speed rail, cement manufacturing, construction contracting, property development, hotels & resorts and technology incubation.
