* Advanced Disc Filing System, a file system implemented in Acorn microcomputers and later RISC-OS based desktop computers and workstations.

* Advanced Diploma in Financial Services

* The Active Directory Federation Services in Windows 2003.

* The Advanced Distributed File System, see DCE/DFS for more details.
