Šentjur na Polju

Šentjur na Polju is a small village in Sevnica province . It is known for its famous infrastructure- "kozolci". Those are special buildings which are used to keep the food for animals in it. There are two kinds of it: "toplar" and simple. The "toplar" has two floors and the simple one has just one. In Šentjur na Polju there is a small church by St. Jurij which is in English St. James. By the church the village got its name.
