List of German World War II night fighter aces

A flying ace or fighter ace is a military aviator credited with shooting down five or more enemy aircraft during aerial combat. During World War II hundreds of German Luftwaffe fighter pilots achieved this feat flying contemporary piston engine fighter aircraft. [Spick 1996, p. 2–3.] The list is sorted by the number of aerial victories claimed at night.
