John Stewart (Bishop)

John Craig Stewart (10 August 1940 - ), was the Bishop of the Eastern Region and Vicar General of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne. [ Who's Who in Australia (Crown Content Melb, 2007) pp 1845: Stewart, John Craig (1940 - )]

Early life

Stewart was educated at Newington College (1953-1954) [Newington College Register of Past Students 1863-1998 (Syd, 1999) pp 189 ] , Wesley College, Melbourne and Ridley Theological College.
