Grębocice ( _de. Gramschütz) is a village in Polkowice County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Grębocice. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|13|km|mi|0 north-east of Polkowice, and convert|81|km|mi|0 north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 1,500.
