Isle of Noom

Isle of Noom: The Isle of Noom is a fictional place created by Ian Irvine in his "The Three Worlds Cycle". It is a boomerang shaped island in the Kara Agel (Frozen Sea). It holds the Tower of a Thousand Steps and is said to be home to the Numinator.
