The Westminster Schools in Atlanta from kindergarten through graduation.Rand spent the summer before graduating working as an intern under the Vice President of Environmental Policy at
Turner Productions . After graduating from Westminster, Rand attendedMiddlebury College inVermont , where he was active in student government. He earned his degree in Environmental Studies, then studied for his Master’s Degree at theUniversity Of Washington in Seattle from 1996 to 1998.
