Propaganda Records is a Helsinki, Finland-based record label focusing mainly on punk rock. It was started in 1981 by Heikki Vilenius. The label's compilation albums "Propaganda I – Russia Bombs Finland" and "Propaganda – Hardcore´83" made Propaganda Records quite well-known worldwide within the hardcore punk scene.fact|date=August 2008

Herbert Egoldt from the German label Rock-O-Rama Records began to publish Finnish licenced recordings from Propaganda Records in 1983. Later Propaganda withdrew their contracts, because Egoldt had developed a reputation for questionable business practices before he began to release records by far right bands. [ [http://www.propaganda.fi Propaganda Records] ] Rock-O-Rama has been accused of defrauding labels and bands of royalties, and of issuing or reissuing records without the consent of the labels and the bands. Rock-O-Rama folded in 1994 after a police raid, and the name Rock-O-Rama was sold soon after Egoldt's death in 2005. [ [http://projekt-nordland.de/ Rock-O-Rama Labels / History] ]

Some of the Propaganda works were also issued by the labels Megamania, Megafon records, WEA/Warner, Lighthouse, Flamingo, Höhnie Records, Havoc Records, Assel Records, Lost and Found, Usina de Sangue, Punk Rock Discos and Kråklund Records.
