Paul Steven Whitelam (born 12th December 1986) is a motorcycle Grasstrack sidecar passenger in the United Kingdom. He is passenger to Colin Blackbourn. They are the reigning Auto Cycle Union (ACU) British Masters Grasstrack Champions in the 1000cc sidecar class. He was born in Nottingham but now resides in Plymouth, Devon. As well as the British Masters title, Paul has scooped many other major titles including the Lincolnshire Poacher. Paul has also ridden an outfit himself.

His father, Paul Whitelam also races 1000cc sidecars and is a former British Masters champion.

His brother, Ben also is a sidecar passenger.
