Salvador Neme Castillo , was closed in 2000 under GovernorRoberto Madrazo Pintado , and its licence was cancelled in 2001 under GovernorEnrique Priego Oropeza . César Manuel Santos Fajardo of theUniversidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco inVillahermosa claims the closure was due to political upheaval in the state caused by the emergence of theParty of the Democratic Revolution (PRD).
