Prazeres, Madeira

Prazeres (Portuguese meaning ) is a parish in the district of Calheta in the Madeira Islands.

The population in 2001 was 672 inhabitants, with a density of 51.7/km² and an area of 13 km². Prazeres is located on a road linking to Jardim do Mar. The main industry is agriculture. Prazeres has a primary and secondary school, a church, a central square ("praça") and a small Petting zoo.
