Guaynia

Guaynia was the territory that stretched along the southern coast of Puerto Rico in pre-Columbian times. The Taino "cacique" (tribal chief) Agueybana ruled the area around Guayanilla when Christopher Columbus landed in Puerto Rico in 1493.
