Clemens Fuest

Clemens Fuest (*1968) is a German economist and professor of public finance at University of Cologne. He was president of the Counsel of Economic Advisors at the Federal Ministry of Finance (Germany) from 2007-2010.^[1] Fuest is on the editorial board of the academic journal ORDO.^[2]

According to the Handelsblatt, Fuest has accepted a job offer from Oxford University, UK where he will become director of the Center for Business Taxation in October 2008.^[3]
