Tamanoi stable

Tamanoi stable is a stable of sumo wrestlers, part of the Dewanoumi "ichimon" or group of stables. It was set up in 1990 by former "sekiwake" Tochiazuma Tomoyori, who branched off from Kasugano stable.Cite book |author=Sharnoff, Lorna |title=Grand Sumo|publisher=Weatherhill |year=1993 |id=ISBN 0-8348-0283-x] He coached his son, who also wrestled under the name Tochiazuma, to" ozeki" rank. As of December 2007, the stable had 20 wrestlers.
