Sharon Small (born 1967) is a Scottish actress.

Her best-known role has probably been that of Detective Sergeant Barbara Havers in the BBC television adaptation of the "Inspector Lynley Mysteries" by Elizabeth George. Elizabeth George initially thought Sharon was too pretty to portray Sgt. Barbara Havers, but changed her mind after seeing how well Sharon played the character.
