The Kentucky Tower Apartments is a mixed use complex in the downtown district of Louisville, Kentucky. Constructed under the direction of James Graham Brown, a businessman and real estate developer best known as the builder of the Brown Hotel.

The 19 story complex broke ground in 1924 and building finished in 1927. It is currently Louisville's 21st tallest building at convert|202|ft|m|0|sing=on and will become the 22nd after the construction of the Museum Plaza. The building has changed owners several times over the years including an auction held by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in 2001. Notable events

June 18, 1986 William Pollard an assistant Louisville city law director and former circuit court judge was found on the roof of a smaller extension of the building. It was an apparent suicide. [Lexington Herald-Leader June 20, 1986 Page B6]
