The Caproni Ca.114 was a fighter biplane produced in Italy in the early 1930s and which was flown operationally in Peru. The airframe was derived from the Ca.113 trainer and was offered to the Italian Air Force in response to a call for a new fighter design. After official trials, the Ca.114 was rejected in favour of the Fiat CR.32. Nevertheless, Caproni found a buyer in the Peruvian Air Force, which ordered 12 examples in late 1933. Arriving in April 1934, these machines saw service in Peru's war with Ecuador in 1941.
