Edmund Walter Sim (born 1966) is a Singapore-based international trade attorney and regular editorial contributor to the Singapore "Straits Times" and OpinionAsia [http://www.opinionasia.org] on trade and diplomacy in ASEAN. His father is Yawsoon Sim, a professor of political science at Grambling State University, a predominantly African-American university, who migrated from Kuching, Malaysia.
