Matt Britton (born 29 November 1973 in Bray) is an Irish former football player and current manager of Arklow Town in the Leinster Senior League (soccer).
A full back Matt made his League of Ireland debut for Dundalk at Bohemians on the 21st of February 1993.
He joined Shamrock Rovers from Ards in 1997 and won the Player of the Year award in his first season Shamrock Rovers#Player of the Year Award recipients He made his Rovers debut on the 15th of August 1997.
He made two appearances for Rovers in European competition.
Signed for his hometown club in September 2000 and spent four years there and later played for Kildare County and Wayside Celtic. Managed Dalkey United for two years before Arklow.
