Harald Norberg

Harald Norberg is a Norwegian broker, who has several times misled investment clients to make highly speculative investments.

In 1991 Norberg was fined by the Norwegian National Authority for the Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime for illegal sale of bonds to private individuals while working for Forenede Fonds. In November 2007 this led to the Terra Securities scandal and the following bankruptcy of the company after losing its concession because of misleading investment advice from Norberg and Opstad.
