The Salt Spring Coffee Co. is an organic, fair trade micro-roasting coffee company located on Saltspring Island, British Columbia, Canada. Environment

Salt Spring Coffee Company uses fair trade, one-hundred percent organic beans for their coffee. The company has purchased fuel-efficient cars and uses bio-diesel fuel in their delivery trucks. They support a reforestation program in Ethiopia. The company sells merchandise that has been screened as environmentally-friendly. Cafés

The Salt Spring Coffee Company operates three cafés: one located on Main Street in Vancouver, one on the campus of the University of British Columbia and one in Ganges. The company also operates one kiosk located in the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal and another kiosk in the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal.
