HRH. Fon Tebo II R.A.M succeeded his father Fon Mbah II who died in 2006 after seating on the throne for more than seven decades. The abbreviation RAM stands for Rogers Afuh Mbah. On enthronement, he took the name Fon Tebo II R.A.M . There is a Fon Tebo I in the succession lineage of the Batibo Fondom.

The current Fons Palace situated at the center of the Batibo sub division is the third palace location after many Historic movements, starting from Tad (Kokum), a place believed to have been the origin of the today's Widikum People (An influential ethnic group in Cameroon including many of the Grassfield Tribes with [http://moghamo.org/index.html Moghamo] being one of the largest).Some Historian believe modern human might have originated from this region, since it is believed to have been the home of Akumka and Tembergka, the last humans with semi-tails.The Young learned Fon holds his subjects at heart and does everything within his reach to maintain the ever loving and lasting peace in Batibo. He is very Business oriented, and encourages and support all activities aimed at developing the entire Batibo Sub-Division.

Though not active in any political party, (which earns him all the respect he deserves from his diverse subjects) is an active member of the Northwest Fons Union NOWEFU. A Fon who is always ready for dialogue and engages in all disputes or conflicts that end up being resolve diplomatically is a Gift to its subjects.
