Chennamaneni Vidyasagar Rao is a former Union Minister of State of India. He was Minister of State for internal affairs in Vajpayee government from 1999. He was elected to 12th and 13th Lok Sabha from Karimnagar in Andhra Pradesh as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate.
He was born in 1942 and studied science and law at Osmania University. A lawyer by profession he was elected to Andhra Pradesh Legislative assembley three times and was the leader of Bharatiya Janata Party the assembly.
