[http://www.Uttarakhand.org.uk Uttarakhand Worldwide] is a himalayan community portal launched in November, 2004. It is not for profit organisation working in various fields like education, social and welfare of the people in Uttaranchal. It connects people of Uttarakhand, and embraces people who are associated with Uttarakhand in one or other way. Apart from being a Virtual Community, is working towards Education, Environment and other social welfare work in the region of Uttarakhand Himalayas.
