Agdash (also, Ağdaş, Agdasch, Aghdash, and Akdash; until 1919, Arash Mahal) is a city in and the capital of the Agdash Rayon of Azerbaijan. Agdash suffered considerable damage during the June 4, 1999 earthquake [ [http://www.interragate.info/notable-past-event/3771 Earthquake report] ] but has since been thoroughly repaired.
