Andrea O'Reilly
Ph.D. (born 1961) is a writer on women's issues and currently anAssociate Professor in the School ofWomen's Studies atYork University inToronto ,Canada . She is the author and editor of several books on motherhood.O'Reilly is also the founder and director of the Association for Research on Mothering (ARM). She is founder and editor-in-chief of the Journal of the Association for Research on Mothering. In 2006, as director of ARM, she founded Demeter Press, the first feminist press on motherhood. As well, she is founder of the feminist mothers group "Mother Outlaws".
