In pharmacology and oncology, anhydrovinblastine may mean one of two vinca alkaloids useful in the treatment of cancer:

*Vinorelbine, also known as "5′-nor-anhydrovinblastine"
*α-3′,4′-Anhydrovinblastine, an investigational drug
