Scurti signed with the
Baltimore Comets of theNorth American Soccer League in 1974. He played the 1974 and 1975 NASL seasons in Baltimore, but moved to theSan Diego Sockers for the 1976 season after the Comets folded. Scurti earned his one cap with the national team in a 7-0 loss to Poland on March 26, 1975. He started the game, but was taken off for
