Ivan Eyre

Ivan Eyre

Ivan Kenneth Eyre (born 15 April 1935 at Tullymet, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian painter.

Life

Eyre attended the University of Manitoba School of Art and the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. He studied under artists Eli Bornstein, Wynona Mulcaster, Ernest Linder, and George Swinton. Eyre held a professorship at the University of Manitoba School of Art from 1959-1992. Ivan Eyre's work is featured in many galleries in Canada.
