Alad Island

Alad Island is an island in the province of Romblon in the Philippines. It has one barangay named Alad, Romblon, Romblon.

"Alad" or "Ayad" is derived from a Romblon or Aklanon word "Maayad-ayad" meaning "Beautiful Island". Please check Romblon Island for Alad Island's land area.

Romblomanon is the native language of the island's inhabitants.
