Jamestown, New York , on16 January ,1952 . When she was five, her family moved to theDenver suburbs inColorado . Her parents divorced when she was inhigh school . She has three siblings: a brother, John, and two younger sisters, Jeanne and Susan.Peters' first college degree was a
