Golyam Perelik ( _bg. Голям Перелик) is the highest peak in the Rhodope Mountains. It is situated at 19 km to the west of Smolyan. It makes the Rhodopes the seventh highest Bulgarian mountain after Rila, Pirin, Stara Planina, Vitosha, Osogovo and Slavyanka.

Golyam Perelik is easily accessible but currently it cannot be climbed because there is a unit of the Bulgarian Army stationed in the surrounding of the peak.

Honour
